Wattlecliffe Youth Services

Our journey with Wattlecliffe Youth Services began with a realisation while working within the local NGO sector. Recognising a critical need for dependable, high-quality youth staff available to agencies seeking supervision for children in crisis, we embarked on a mission to fill this gap. Our commitment is rooted in providing a safe and nurturing environment for every child we serve, ensuring they receive the care they deserve during challenging times.

Is to provide well-trained and compassionate support workers who are committed to providing a high level of care for children and young people in need. We will continue to give individualised support to each child and ensure that our approach to providing care is wholistic and inclusive.

Our Mission

At Wattleciffe, our vision is to become the foremost agency recognised for unwavering dedication to providing compassionate, expert care for children and young people facing crisis situations. We aspire to expand our reach and impact, establishing a network of nurturing homes designed specifically for their needs. Our long-term commitment includes acquiring properties transformed into safe havens, fostering a sense of belonging and stability for those in our care. By revolutionizing the standard of support, we aim to minimize the reliance on temporary accommodations, ensuring every child finds solace and support on their journey to a brighter future.
